Chester Le Bron
Lead Engineer, Threat Detection and Response, Northwestern Mutual
Born & raised in Milwaukee, WI. Graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Network/Security & minor in Coaching. Chester started career as a Cybersecurity intern in Risk Management at NM and transitioned to full-time on the Threat Detection & Response team where he’s been for the last 5 years. Most of his experience has been on the IR side but spends a good amount of time creating detections and as of late, he has been leading our Cloud Threat Detection & Response program. He holds a number Security/Tech certifications: CISSP (Associate), SANS: GCFA, GCIH, GSEC, AWS Security Specialty – Associate and more. Chester is a huge sports fan and is a die hard Milwaukee Bucks/Green Bay Packer fan.
