Alyssa Miller

Alyssa Miller is a hacker turned executive leader who, in her pre-teens, bought her first computer and hacked her way into a paid dial-up community platform. Her cybersecurity career began as a penetration tester in the financial services industry. Moving into consulting, her focus expanded to advising Fortune 100 companies on how to build comprehensive security programs. Alyssa is the CISO at Epiq Global and BISO at S&P prior to that. Still a hacker at her core, she’s used her broad security experience to grow an extensive career. She is an internationally recognized public speaker and author of Cybersecurity Career Guide. She’s an advocate for newcomers to the industry and good security practices in general. She believes in the open sharing of ideas to improve our technologically connected world.
