Hacking the Human OS: Using Gamified Social Engineering to Build Real Security Awareness

OVERVIEW

NOTE: This training is a 1-day (8 hour) course on September 4.

Traditional security awareness programs often fall short by relying on outdated methods that fail to engage employees or address real-world threats. This class takes a radically different approach—leveraging the same social engineering techniques used by adversaries, but in a safe, controlled, and gamified environment. Participants will explore how to circumvent human nature, not fight it, using immersive scenarios that challenge and reshape instinctual responses to manipulation.

Rather than lecturing on policy and compliance, this session invites attendees to think like an attacker to better understand their own cognitive blind spots. Through interactive challenges and psychologically driven games, employees don’t just learn security—they experience it. The result is a workforce that becomes an active line of defense, not a passive vulnerability.

Join us to reimagine awareness training—not as a checkbox, but as a high-impact human firewall upgrade.
