For over 16 years, she worked primarily with autistic individuals consulting with classrooms, school districts, families, and organizations to build supportive environments and implement strategies. Her expertise includes behavioral management, executive functioning support, and environmental changes that support focus and overall satisfaction.
After transitioning into cybersecurity, Tamry now combines her background in psychology with her technical skills to advocate for neuroinclusive practices in tech. She is dedicated to building workplaces where everyone can thrive.
