Troy Mattern

Troy Mattern is the CISO for StoneX. With over 10 years of experience as a Cybersecurity executive he has designed security solutions to increase sales, improve margins, add customers and all while protecting his company’s enterprise, brand, and customers. Troy also serves as one of the founders and board directors for ChiBrrCon, a non-profit cybersecurity organization focused on developing the next generation of security leaders. A frequent public speaker he has addressed National Governors Associations, Public Safety Leaders, and several conferences in the cybersecurity industry.
Troy is a retired US Marine Corps Officer who helped build USCYBERCOM and Marine Forces Cyberspace Command. His previous private sector experiences include the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University as the Technical Director of Cyber Intelligence, Zurich Insurance as the Global Head of Cybersecurity and Motorola Solutions as the VP for Products and Services Cybersecurity.
