NOTE: This training is a 1-day (8 hour) course on September 5.

The purpose of this training is to remove the mystery behind the neurodivergent experience in the workplace and empower leaders with the knowledge and tools to create a truly inclusive environment. By the end of the training, attendees will be able to create actionable plans to improve hiring and onboarding practices, employee support and retention, company culture and rapport, and develop policies that reflect their company’s commitment to diversity and neuroinclusivity.

This session will explore how to effectively identify and support neurodivergent talent while fostering an environment where all employees can thrive. The training will be engaging and hands-on, with a strong discussion component that encourages collaboration, real-world problem-solving, and practical strategies that can be immediately implemented. Attendees will leave with practical take-aways to enhance organizational performance, inclusion, and overall employee satisfaction.
