Arriving from O’Hare

CTA

Blue Line from O’Hare to Washington Station (17 stops, ~41 minutes);
Exit Blue Line station and go to Washington Street and the Washington & Clark/Dearborn bus stop;
Take Bus 124 (Navy Pier) for 3 stops;
Get off at Columbus (Mid) & E. Wacker bus stop; and Walk/Roll South, passing the fire station and cross Columbus Drive to get to the hotel (400 feet).

Paratransit

Taxi

Rideshare

Both Lyft and Uber are present.
Accessible pickup is on the upper/Departures level of Terminal 2 between vestibules 2A and 2D.
At Terminal 5, accessible pickup is on the lower level of Terminal, at Vestibule 5C.
Accessible pickup is also available at the Kiss-N-Fly location at the Multi-Modal facility.

Rental Cars

Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Fox, Hertz, National, Payless, SIXT, and Thrifty are available at the Multi-Modal Facility near the airport. Accessible vehicles are available, but requesting one varies from company to company. Some (like Hertz) allow an accessible reservation via browser or app. Others require a phone call to reserve an accessible vehicle.

Arriving from Midway International Airport

CTA

Orange Line from Midway to State/Lake stop (13 stops);
Walk/Roll North and then turn right onto Wacker Drive to the Wacker (Upper) & State bus stop (500 feet);
Take the 135 Bus (Wilson/Clarendon) for 2 stops and get off at the Wacker (Upper) & Columbus bus stop; and Walk/roll South on Columbus Drive for 500 feet to the hotel.

There is a nearby rental car facility accessible by shuttle bus from the airport. Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Corporate Rent a Car are available. Remember to reserve an accessible vehicle well ahead of the time of your trip.

There are multiple public garages nearby. Most are wheelchair accessible, and often have valet parking.

303 E Wacker Dr. – Lower Level
No oversized vehicles allowed, self park, on-site staff.
Pedestrian exit and entrance is next to the drive way between the Radisson Blu Aqua and Fire station.

225 N Columbus Dr. – The Aqua Garage
On site staff, in & out allowed.
Pedestrian Entrance/Exit is next to the car entrance, Just roll across the plaza and across Columbus Drive to get to the Fairmont.

221 N Stetson Ave. – Park Millennium Garage
Accessible from Lower Wacker drive.
Vehicle height restriction is 77 inches, on-site staff.
Pedestrian entrance is through the Park Millennium Condominium entrance, immediately around the block & North from the Fairmont.

Aon Center Parking Garage

Certain models of vehicles are not permitted in this parking garage:

77-inch vehicle height restriction, Self Park & Valet, On-site staff.
Pedestrian entrance and exit is through a sunken garden on Randolph street. There are long ramps with switchbacks to get up to street level. You have to go left at Randolph, and turn left again on Columbus Drive going north. Its about a block and a half to the Fairmont entrance.
